What each side puts in

What an invited firm gives, and what it gets.

Your firm gives

  • A partner for each practice you want watched
  • Read-only access to your CRM, or a spreadsheet of relationships
  • Your conflicts process, unchanged. Monition waits for it
  • A short weekly review with each of those partners
  • Plain feedback, especially when something is wrong

Your firm gets

  • Forecasts and records on your own practices from week 2
  • The partner with a way in for each, from your own relationships
  • Drafts that cite public records only, for partners to edit and send
  • A week-8 scorecard of every forecast, misses included
  • A say in what Monition builds next
  • A flat fee per firm, never per introduction2

Questions

Before you join.

Why invite only?
So every firm is set up properly: its practices chosen, its CRM connected read-only, its conflicts process and partners in place before the first forecast arrives.
How much partner time does it take?
A setup session in week 1, then a short weekly review with each partner using it. Nothing is sent unless a partner decides to send it.
What do we need to connect?
Read-only access to your CRM, or a spreadsheet of relationships if you prefer. Monition never asks for client files, privileged documents or email access.
Who at the firm should be involved?
A partner for each practice you want watched, someone from business development, and your risk partner or general counsel for the conduct review.
What does it cost?
Pricing is agreed with each firm: a flat fee per firm, never a fee per introduction.2
What happens after week 8?
We go through the scorecard together, misses first, and decide whether to continue. How scoring works
Will you use our data for anyone else?
